Congratulations to longtime Acceleron Law Group client Vivanda, Inc. on their acquisition by Diageo (NYSE: DEO, LSE: DGE), a global leader in beverage alcohol whose brands include Johnnie Walker, Ketel One and Guinness. Vivanda is the developer of FlavorPrint technology, which uses the predictive power of artificial intelligence and a large, proprietary sensory database of foods and aromas to provide consumers with detailed, custom recommendations. The Acceleron team representing Vivanda in connection with this acquisition was led by Partner Colby Gartin, with assistance from Rob Dang, who has represented Vivanda since the firm’s inception.
